Nanodiamond Suspensions for CVD Seeding

Slurries of nanodiamond particles are provided for seeding of substrates for CVD diamond film growth. Customers have praised the product quality, particularly the high density of seeds and corresponding high density of nuclei in the resultant diamond films. Nanodiamond slurries are available in 400 ml and 1000 ml containers.

Seeded Si Substrates

Four and six inch diameter silicon substrates seeded with the 15-20nm nanodiamond are available. A SEM micrograph of a representative sample is shown below. Other substrate materials seeded with the nanodiamond are available upon request.
